Information for Carlton Palms

The association office will be open 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday. 

After office hours maintenance requests can be made by emailing them to carltonpalmsoffice@gmail.com  or completing a maintenance work order.  Forms are available on the association office half door shelf. Please date and sign the request before dropping them in the box located on the door leading to the association office. 

If you or your tenants need parking permits and/or pool passes, please provide a copy of the requesting person's driver's license, car tag, vehicle model, unit number and phone number. The parking permit will be mailed to the requesting party. If you need a pool pass,  the request must be made by the unit owner in writing, the cost of the pool passes is $25 each, prepaid. Again. they will be mailed to the requesting person.

The Home Page and Informational Documents tabs can be accessed by everyone – owners and the general public. 

Members’ Page can only be accessed by condominium owners. In order to view this tab, you must have a password. 

To obtain a password: 

1. Contact Sandra Ward at carltonpalmsoffice@gmail.com informing her that you would like to be added to the Members’ Page. 

2. Provide an email address

3. Once your information is obtained, you will be added to the Members’ List. 

4. At this point, you will receive an email with instructions to create a password. We do not have access to your password. If you forget it or misplace it, you will have to reset it.
